This ball of fluff is Puff. Part of Puff’s morning ritual consists of loafing by the dresser until his human is ready to pick out an outfit. Puff has an excellent sense of style and he enjoys helping his human out. After all, a badly-dressed human would reflect poorly on his reputation.
