This trio of ginger biscuits is brought to us by Lily, Rosie and Jazzman. These loafs are at varying stages of “doneness”. In the middle we have a Rosie loaf who is looking purrfect and ready to eat. Then we have Lily who just needs a little more time and Jazzman who is still in the dough stage.
